TIP Treatment Pricing

Program costs are divided into three key components: a TIP Fee, a once Annual Blood Draw Fee, and Clinical Services Fees. The TIP Fee is an out-of-pocket membership fee that covers treatment plan creation and maintenance, food dosing, and 24/7 reaction support. The Once Annual Blood Draw Fee covers comprehensive testing for personalized treatment, while Clinical Services Fees support essential in-office procedures like food challenges and other testing. Depending on your specific insurance plan, some or all of your clinical and once annual blood draw fee may be covered. Kaiser and most HMOs are out-of-network and will not cover program costs.

Who is the Cash Pay Bundle for?

This cash pay plan is ideal for families with Kaiser, HMO, or other out-of-network insurance, and those without insurance.

How much can you save with Cash Pay Bundle?

The estimated total annual cost for TIP treatment is $14,440* for the first year and approximately $12,490* annually for year two and beyond. Through Food Allergy Institute’s cash pay plan, families will pay approximately $11,748 for the first year of treatment in $979 monthly installments and $10,788 for year two and beyond in $899 monthly installments.

What fees are NOT included in the cash pay price?

The Cash Pay Bundle does not include food dosing replacements, Sublingual Immunotherapy (SLIT) costs, and any extra lab testing. Patients who require extra food dosing, lab testing, or Sublingual Immunotherapy will incur a separate fee. 

Why is the first year's monthly price different from subsequent years?

The difference in the cost of the first year of treatment is due to the amount of in-depth testing and the number of visits required to create your custom TIP treatment plan.
